More about me.,,,
Well, if you know me, then you know that I have been struggling with my weight for my whole life. My whole life, I have became accustom to being the "big guy." I learned early on, that fat people are the center of all jokes, and I needed to get some thick skin pretty quick. I'm pretty sure I have some pretty thick skin, I can take a joke and give one right back. 8 out of 10 times, its going to be funnier than yours, so be aware...lol I dont have to worry about not fitting on any of the roller coasters, because my weight is a non stop one....lol I haven't always been cautious about what it is I eat. I could sit around and eat and eat and eat and eat. I wouldn't be hungry, the food just tasted good and I wanted more. Well, me wanting more, has put me in the position I am in now. I am really trying to drop the weight. I didn't start looking at my problem until I met my wife. She got me into eating better and to me to exercise a lot more. Not until I had a scare about 6-7 months ago, thought I was having a heart attack. Went to the E.R., they admitted me and kept me overnight. While laying in that hospital bed, I thought to myself, "I dont want to die." From that day forward, I have made an effort to make healthier choices in my life. Let me tell you, it is not easy....knowing that you will choose the salad over a hamburger at the restaurant, is the worst. But its changes like that that will allow me to be around longer for my family and friends. Have been going to the gym, 50 mins on the elliptical each day for 5-6 days a week. Should start seeing a difference here shortly. I will update this every week about my progression.

Insight in my life
My name is Jason, I am a native of Phoenix, AZ. I am happily married with a beautiful daughter. My wives name is Ryan (yes like the boys name) and our daughter's name is Kyla. Kyla just turned 4 in August, she is a handful. We live in a house with my brother in laws, and its not so bad. I am currently employed at Aetna, the insurance company. I love it, it is something I have never done before and it is very interesting to me. I also work for Perceptis, doing financial aid for colleges. Ryan works at Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ, our works are competitors, (her job is better, just dont let her know I said that):)
That is all I can think of for right now. I will be trying to update this as often as possible. I hope you all enjoy reading about my life and those involved in it.
